A list of FAQ’s to help you find answers to some of the common questoins you might have.

Product & Quality

Our spices are packed completely fresh so you can use our products for the maximum time of one year. It is best to store the products away from direct heat so that they remain fresh for a longer time.

Our spices come with an extended shelf-life so you can use it for a long time. However, it is best not to use our products after they have passed the expiry date.

We take utmost care to ensure the safety of our spices so that the product is delivered in the best condition. Each of our products passes through stringent quality test to make sure they are ready to be brought into the market. We give special attention to the packaging as that is the key to keeping the spices fresh. The products are packed in sealed and moisture-proof packets. Corrugated boxes are not used for all products.

All our spices should be kept inside air tight containers. It is advisable to store them away from direct sunlight in a dark and cool places. For best results you should consume the spices within 4 weeks after opening the packet.

All the products are produced in our factories in India at highly controlled and hygienic environments. We do not source our spices from outside which means you can be assured that the quality is maintained through all of our products.

Order & Return

After receiving an order, we process and ship your orders within 72 hrs. It usually takes between 4 to 7 days to deliver the order, depending on your location. In case of unforeseen circumstances like strikes, natural calamities, and other such conditions, the order might be delayed we shall update you in such conditions.

After the order is shipped we would email you the tracking detail along with details of the logistic partner. Alternatively you can email us at hello@shanedelhi.com to get an update on your order.

Delivery is free if the order value if Rs 750/- or above. For deliveries for orders below Rs 750/- there is a nominal fee of Rs 50/-. 

There is no minimum order for delivery but we charge a nominal delivery charge for orders below Rs 750/-.

If you have received a tempered order, we highly recommend that you shouldn’t accept and immediately inform us at hello@shanedelhi.com. Please mentioned following details:

  • Order ID :
  • Date your received the product
  • Issue with the product

Yes, you can cancel the order any time before the order is dispatched. 

We accept return within 10 days after your order had been delivered if the following conditions are met:

  • Self-Life is less in 25%
  • Product Packaging is damaged
  • Product received is different than order placed.

Payment & Refund

You can use most of the online payment methods for the order.  The secure online payment option accepts Net Banking, UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Card and Wallet Option.

No, we do not offer COD or Cash On Delivery as a payment option as of yet for ordering on our online store.

Yes it is 100% secure to use your credit card/debit card or net banking on our website when you decide to buy from us. All payments are accepted & processed via our payment gateway partner who is one of India’s leading payment gateways.  The transactions are 100% secure and is processed through a secure https internet connection on secure socket layer technology.

You will get an invoice at the time of the delivery of the order. If you need a soft copy of your email, please email us after receiving your order to hello@shanedelhi.com. The invoice will contain all the details of your order summary for your future references. 

All Refund are processed within 4 to 7 working days after the return/cancellation had been accepted, you would receive the refund either in your original payment method or to your bank account.
