- If you are on the lookout of obtaining a return, you have to make sure that you have not tampered with the original package of the spice. Our delivery boy would also check for the original bill in case you are opting for return. You can request return if the date of your purchase of a particular package of spice has not exceeded 15 days. In case, it exceeds 15 days; they cannot return the item. After getting your returned item, we would process the refund process. It would be directly credited to your bank acco8unt within 5 working days
- We at Shan-e-Delhi always endeavor to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. This is the reason that we offer the discount on specific products. However, there is a particular period of time to avail this discount. In case you buy the product after this time frame, you are illegible to avail discount
- Our shipping policies are compliant with our entire significant logistics partner. We attempt delivery even on Sundays. However, you have to mention that whether it is an office address or residential address
Primary Return Condition
The purchased item is eligible for return in case:
- It is past the expiry period
- It is not as the product been ordered by you
- The shelf life is less than 50% as mentioned in the package of the product
- The order is received in a damanged condition.
Order Cancellation and Refund
We always try to serve our customers in the best possible manner. It is essential for you to note that your order may get canceled from our end too. For instance, if you have ordered a product which has a limited stock, then at the time of packaging there are high chances that it would go out of stock. Here is the list of policies related to order cancellation and refund.
- We can cancel the order due to any reason
- We can cancel the order due to non-availability of stock
- We can cancel the order due to non-availability of shipping to customer’s location
- We can cancel the order due to natural calamities, strike, etc.
In all these cases the money would be refunded to customer’s original payment method.
